February 2017 - Tenon Limited signs Sale and Purchase Agreement over Clearwood Business
Tenon Limited announced that it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement over its NZ-based Clearwood manufacturing and global sales operations (Clearwood). The purchaser is Tenon Clearwood LP, which comprises a group of US and NZ private investors, and Rubicon (circa 50%).
